Amanda's first Sensa blog

I've always had to watch my weight, but after I turned 40, I realized that I would have to work a little harder than I did before.

I've never been one to go for the fad diets.  I know that in order to lose the weight and keep it off, you have to cut back on calories and get your exercise.  However, when I heard that there was an opportunity to research Sensa, I figured it couldn't hurt.  There didn't seem to be anything in the ingredients that seems dangerous, and from what  I had read about the product, one of the benefits was that it helped curb hunger.

When I started out using the sprinkles, I kept a container in my purse, and left a container at home.  I thought that this way, I would always have a container with me and it would be very convenient to use. Well, that worked out well, until I would find myself at lunch in a restaurant, digging through my purse, only to realize that I had left the sprinkles on my desk at work -- where I had eaten breakfast.

So far, I've lost 2 pounds.  I am not sure whether it is due to the fact that I've been using the sprinkles, or if it's because I'm more conscious of what I'm eating.  I will say that I have less desire to reach for an evening snack.

I've had to come clean and admit to the world that my forgetfulness could be the reason I've not had great success.  Maybe now, I'll try harder... only time will tell.
