HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - A 32-year-old man from Horry County has found himself behind bars after a woman accused him of criminal sexual conduct with her children.

Officers with the Horry County Police Department were dispatched to a home in Loris on Dec. 13 after a woman overheard her son shout an inappropriate comment to his older sister. When the mother asked the boy where he learned the phrase from, the boy gestured towards his genitals when describing what he learned.

The mother told police when she further asked her daughter about the situation, she indicated something had happened between a man she knew, identified as Toby Poston, and the son. An exact description and date of the incident, however, could not be remembered.

Poston, of Conway, was booked into the J. Reuben Long Detention Center on Dec. 23 on criminal sexual conduct with a minor charges.

The man, however, remains innocent until proven guilty.
