MARION COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - A Marion County man has been placed under arrest in connection to fraud charges, officials announced Thursday.
Marion County Sheriff Mark Richardson says Kenneth Alan Batton, 37, of Marion was arrested Wednesday following an extensive investigation, in cooperation with the U.S. Secret Service.
Batton has been charged with two counts of financial identity fraud and one count of financial transaction card fraud.
No further information into the charges has been released.
