Meet the Host!

Candace Howell is no stranger to broadcasting. She is known on the Grand Strand for reporting, hosting and marketing but her career began far from the beach in a small quaint town in upstate New York. Armed with a pad, pen and VHS camera, her career began in a high school journalism and broadcasting class. She was known as the girl with 20 questions and unless they were answered she wasn't going to leave you alone.

Put oil in skillet at medium heat. Add chopped onion for 2-3 minutes. Add sliced kielbasa to brown for 3-5 minutes. When browned add sliced potatoes. Season with garlic salt and pepper.
  • Salmon Portobello will be plated with garlic mash potatoes and fresh green beans. Get the complete recipe here.
  • Simply mix all of the above ingredients together in a bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper. Have the finished butter bean salad out at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving for better flavor so that the salad isn't too cold.  Enjoy!
