The South Carolina Highway Patrol is looking for Travis Arthur Frasier. He’s 26 years old and officers said in June of this year, they responded to a one-car crash in the Longs area.

Frasier and a passenger were critically injured and taken to the hospital. Investigators determined the car ran off of Red Bluff Road while trying to pass several other cars at a high rate of speed. It then struck a ditch and overturned.

Frasier was driving and at the hospital he reportedly admitted to authorities he had a large beer to drink. Investigators believe he had more to drink and a blood test was given.

He was charged with felony DUI and taken to a detention center. Frasier now faces charges for failure to appear for felony DUI with great bodily injury. His last known address is on West Bear Grass Road in Longs.
